We managed the purchase and renovation of an abandoned historic fraternity and turned it into one of the most popular coffee houses on campus.

For 15 years Bordertown Coffee has been a place of warm-hearted community and common ground - slinging coffee and baking muffins on a sometimes chilly Minnesota university.
