Good Faith Participation Agreement 

We are looking for 12 businesses that suffered from COVID and/or were damaged in the aftermath of the George Floyd tragedy who are willing to let us film the rebuilding of their business.

We want to show cross-cultural community members working together to rebuild our community.

We will seek to trade marketing exposure for service providers who help - in exchange for discounted or pro bono services.  We cannot guarantee participation by service providers.

All business and rebuilding decisions remain solely under the authority of the business owners and film crews will strive to support, not obstruct reconstruction efforts.

Business owners agree to do everything possible to enable successful filming of the project.

One Blood/One Family and Silker Studios will strive to show all participants in a light that will promote unity and business success.  We will position the show to positively market participating  businesses.

Business owners are ultimately responsible for the rebuilding process.  We seek to add value to that process.

Filming will be subsidized by sponsors, grants, crowdfunding apart from programs meant to fund the rebuilding efforts and by sales of the program to distributors.

All participants agree to work towards the establishment and maintenance of friendship.  We will strive to understand, forgive, be honest but graceful and humble in our relationships on air and off (including social media channels).

One Blood/One Family and Silker Studios in consultation with our advisors will have sole determination of content and will own all distribution and production rights.  We will strive to make helpful content available to business owners in a timeline that maintains show interest (no spoilers) but also supports the reopening and marketing of the business.

Participants agree to release all location and model rights to OBOF and Silker.
